dc.description.abstractIn this paper, robust H∞ explicit input and output feedback control (EIOC) is investigated for discrete-time linear parameter varying (LPV) systems. LPV systems with bounded parameters are represented as multiple polytopic linear systems. For the systems, EIOC is designed considering H∞ performance. EIOC employs additional signals of the past intput and output signals with output feedback control, so widen the capability of the closed-loop systems. The proposed design methodology takes advantages of additional parameter to improve robustness. The effectiveness and feasibility is shown through the numerical example. © 2020 Institute of Control, Robotics, and Systems - ICROS.-
