It is very time-consuming and costly to design a clinical pathway manually. Many studies suggest ways to develop a clinical pathway automatically. However, existing researches do not properly reflect the principle that real care is performed in the development of CPs. In this study, we proposed a method to find daily care sets and to combine the day-to-day care sets to create an entire CP. We propose an effective clustering method to group patients by their order logs. In addition, to complete the final form of clinical pathways, analyze patient characteristics and association with previous order logs. As a result of the experiment with actual data, we found the additional clinical pathway for diabetes patient in TLH CP. This was consistent with actual clinical results.-
