dc.description.abstractSpinal cord stimulation (SCS) is gaining attention as an innovative medical technology capable of treating spinal cord injuries and chronic conditions. However, research on effective stimulation locations and methods for treat is currently lacking. We aim to propose a new potential treatment for hypertension through SCS by demonstrating controllability using a linear state-space model mimicking the Intermedialateral nucleus (IML) of the spinal cord and a real-time closed-loop control system. This system provides optimal inputs based on the neural activity (Firing Rate) of the IML through a Kalman filter and linear quadratic integrator (LQI) as a closed-loop system. Due to its low dimensionality and linearity, this real-time closed-loop feedback system offers significant advantages in constructing real-time feedback control systems. This research findings suggest that precise control of the neural network within the spinal cord is necessary to enhance the efficiency of SCS.-
