- Abstract
- Water-resistant electronic devices are developed based on superhydrophobic nanostructures. A ZnO resistive switching device is tested as a model system. The application of superhydrophobic nano structures on device surfaces efficiently blocks the direct contact of water with electronic components and the devices work even when water is poured on the surface of the device.
