dc.description.abstractA miniaturised electromagnetic bandgap structure compact enough to be used in mobile phones is proposed. It is shown by simulation and measurements that the structure is capable of suppressing simultaneous switching noise by 60 dB in the stopband between 130 MHz and 3.25 GHz.-
