dc.description.abstract | We report a solid-phase synthesis of 2,4-diamino-1,3,5-triazines, starting from 2,4-dichloro-1,3,5-triazine captured by resin-bound amines followed by amination and acidic mild cleavage. The derivatives of 22 diamino-1,3,5-triazine compounds were prepared in high purity without extensive reaction conditions. | - |
